Customer inbox
Read the conversation, see the photos and reply from your business number. Your team can follow up without asking the customer to start again.
Texts and photos
A customer sends a photo of the job. You ask a question, agree on the next step and keep the exchange where your team can find it.
Team follow-up
Take the conversation yourself or hand it to a teammate with an internal note. Mark it done once the customer is sorted. A new message brings it back for attention.
