Do I need a second phone or SIM?
No. The business number runs in the Seglo Phone app over Wi-Fi or mobile data. Your personal mobile service stays separate, and you can keep using the same phone.
Which number does a customer see?
Calls and messages you send through Seglo Phone use your business number. Calls and texts made through your personal mobile service still use your personal number.
Can someone else help answer?
Yes. Two people are included in the plan, with up to five people per number at an extra charge. Available teammates can answer calls and reply to customer messages from their own devices.
What does a second number cost?
A Seglo Phone number is $149 to set up, then $79 a month including two people. Extra people are $29 each per month, up to five. Each additional business number has its own plan. Prices exclude GST.
